Balance Bar Summer Shape Up–staying active this summer {+giveaway!}

Hey guys, I am back today with my 3rd post from the Balance Project. Not sure what I am talking about? Check out my first post here. And my second post here.

This summer Luke and I have been staying active by checking out new places around our new town and soaking up the sunshine as much as possible. Our current favorite is the splash pad!

    Staying active at the Y after 6 weeks of home workouts since baby was born. It’s so nice to be back teaching and taking classes! Love pump, boot camp and tabata!
