Bender ball workout

Workout:

CTI tonight: we used a set of weights (I used 8#s), a mat, and a bender ball


Each move for about a minute and repeat each circuit twice

Circuit 1
Jumping jacks
Pulse squat
Upright row, overhead press, triceps dip
Standard crunch on bender ball
Pushups

Circuit 2
Steam engines
Jump rope
Reverse chest fly
Chest press
Obliques on bender ball
Triceps pushup

Circuit 3
Charleston
Static lunge with bicep curl
Lower abs on ball (ball under hips and lower legs to the ground)
Walkout pushups

 

Food:

Breakfast: CSL and 2 slices of cinnamon chip bread from Great Harvest

Snack: Kashi granola bar and an apple

Dinner: English muffin pizzas with pineapple and pepperoni & salad including lettuce, carrots, peppers, blue cheese crumbles, candied pecans, balsamic vinegar
