But I can’t give up my coffee.. .

That was totally me.

Before Advocare.

And it was the reason that I waited so long before doing my first 24 day challenge. I just didn’t think I could survive/function/be happy without my daily latte.

But, I finally decided to take the plunge.

And now, I can honestly say that spark starts my day off 100x better than my latte ever did. ..

  4. Sounds like a good idea. But I still don’t think I could ever forgo my coffee in the morning. I’m afraid I’d get a headache. Did you? I’d be willing to try it though. Where can you get it at?

  6. I love me some spark but can’t lie also love coffee. I gave it up for the challenge but was happy to have it back.
    That being said I had spark before/during my morning workout and then coffee at work this morning. That is how it usually is for me 🙂

  8. What are your thoughts on doing the “Best” option while the other meals during the day are my normal eating plan: Pasta, pizza… total comfort food. 🙂 Is it worth even doing if I am not going to change my entire eating style?

      I think it is better than doing nothing. . .but the better you can eat, the better the products will work and the better you will feel. Could you do an 80/20 or 70/30?
