BWW chicken

After my Caribou coffee morning, I headed to the YMCA for an elliptical workout. I used the cross-country feature again and put in just about 6 miles in an hour. I got up to 17 resistance a couple of times – tough! I also did a quick set of weights, including bicep curls, triceps kickbacks, upright rows, and overhead lifts. 3 set of 10 reps each.

Came home and finished up the chinese wonton soup from Friday night. There wasn’t a lot of broth left so it was basically noodles. Added some grapes. I love red grapes – so sweet and yummy.

For dinner I made Buffalo Wild Wings (BWW) Chicken.

I got this honey BBQ sauce from BWWs earlier this week.

 I put it and some chicken breasts in the crock pot this morning and let it cook all day on low. About an hour before dinner, I shredded the chicken and let it soak up the sauce for another hour.

I served it with red potatoes that I baked in the oven for about 30 minutes and some corn.

For a pre-dinner snack, we had some of this:

Mango Raspberry Habanero Jam

(from Heath Glen’s Kitchen) served over cream cheese with pretzels. YUM!

Now, Scott and I are trying to decide what’s for dessert! Have a good Sunday night.
