Country Fest 2013

This weekend. . .

This is happening!

Laura and I are headed to Country Fest!! 7th annual trip. (Check out previous Country Fest 2012, 2011, 2010, 2009 recaps!!)

VIP Gold 1st row tickets. We. are. so. frickin. excited. Smile

Thankfully, my parent’s Lake place is close by, so we drive in each night for the concerts and get to go back to sleep in our own beds at night. Camping and drunk people –> no fun for us.

So, during the day, we will be lounging on the dock and in the boat and at night, seeing some awesome singers. This year the big names are: Miranda Lambert, Montgomery Gentry, Toby Keith, and Jason Aldean.

  4. Have a great time! I will never forget the one and only time I tried to sleep in a tent at the campgrounds of Country USA. I think I got one hour of sleep the entire time–people were obnoxious! Not my thing. I am headed to Summerfest to see Jason Aldean Saturday and cant wait!

  7. Country Fest is awesome! I had the chance to go the summer after my freshman year of college. We opted to stay in a hotel and drive in each day. I REALLY don’t enjoy camping. Have so much fun! Excited to hear about your experience this year!
