Julie at Peanut Butter Fingers started the crockpot challenge back in January. .  . The challenge was simple:

Try 10 new crockpot recipes by the end of February

I was totally game to try new recipes and using my crockpot more. It was such a success. I think I made 8 total meals. We didn’t have any bad meals, found a few that will be favorites in our house, and tried a bunch of new recipes! I still have a few more that I am going to try, even though the “challenge” is officially over… but I am totally in love with my crockpot now!

Here is a recap of the recipes I tried:

Hawaiian BBQ Pork
018_1
Beef and Broccoli
013 (3)
Honey Sesame Chicken
079
BBQ Ribs
Crockpot BBQ Ribs
Apricot Chicken
007

And a few more that I have tried but haven’t posted on yet! Coming soon! Winking smile
Sweet Pork Tacos
Chicken Cream Cheese Chili
Easy pot roast

And here are the ones I still want to try. . .
Café Rio chicken
Rotisserie chicken
Apple pork loin
Orange chicken
Brown Sugar and Balsamic Glaze pork loin
Root Beer BBQ pork tenderloin
**Check out the recipes on my Pinterest Crockpot page.

Did you do the crockpot challenge??? Any good crockpot meals to share?

  5. That chicken cream cheese chili sounds ridiculous! I can’t wait until you post about it 🙂 I need to work on finding some summer crockpot ideas. I am just as busy in the summer and definitely don’t want to spend my limited sunny, warm days inside cooking a lot!
