Our Easter celebrations started on Friday night with the Thompson family at Pizza Ranch.
I mustache you a question. ..
And of course for Abby too.
I cannot believe what a difference a year makes. . . last year I was 9 months pregnant and anxiously awaiting this little boy’s arrival!
In Luke’s Easter basket was a Tigger toothbrush, stacking cups, a puzzle, animal crackers and cheese crackers.
After Easter basket fun, we headed to Waseca to our friend’s house (Sarah and Matt and Brynn) for a church service at their church followed by lunch and hanging out for the afternoon.
We got to watch Brynn open her Easter basket. She was so adorable the way she would say “Wow” and “Whoa” while going thru all the things!
Their family had never had quinoa before, so I made a fruit quinoa salad to share. The recipe will be shared soon! It got an “that was awesome, hon” from the husband!
After lunch, more play time. ..
Luke had so much fun that he lost his pants. . . well really, lunch was just messy with all that fruit. . .
And Abby didn’t waste any time making herself at home.
And even though it was cold and windy out today (34 degrees), the sun still made it a beautiful day!
We still have one more Easter celebration with my side of the family next weekend. . . but I would have to say that Luke’s 1st Easter was a success. Hope you had a great Easter and were able to celebrate with family and friends.
