When I was recovering from surgery, I knew I had to take some time off from running, but I still wanted to get my sweat on. Thank goodness for incline walking workouts. Lower impact than running, but will still kick your bootay every time.
I thought I would share a few of my favorites, so the next time you are looking for a kick butt, sweat your face off workout, you can count on one of these.
This one is crazy tough. The incline is high – taking it up to 15.0 and you are booking it with speeds up to 4.8.
I like this one because it is totally customizable for whatever speed/incline you feel comfortable with. . .
This one is tricky because you are at the same speed the whole time but taking the incline up up up really gets your heart pumping!
Another winner from Courtney – I like this one because with changing the speed/incline/time intervals, the time flies by!
