Happy Friday!! I am super excited about this weekend – we are having Luke’s 2nd birthday party on Saturday. I am excited to have friends and family over to help Luke celebrate and eat cake! Other than that, we are continuing to get things done around the house, unpacking boxes, hanging pictures and shelves and continuing to get settled. It is definitely starting to feel like home. And I love it.
Here are my favorites from this week. . .
My first big jug of Spark – fruit punch! Grape is on it’s way next. My 2 favorite flavors. Still drinking it every morning instead of coffee. Really, I just prefer it. It makes me feel better than my daily latte every did.

Teaching BODYPUMP 88 this week. It’s been a little while since I’ve taught it and man, that is a great release and super good workout.

I am still continuing with clean eating after my challenge ended last week. I probably ate my body weight in pizza and cookies last weekend and my body remembered how crappy I feel after eating like that. So, Monday morning back to clean eating – also supporting Laura with her first challenge by clean eating and using spark in the mornings.
And I have been using this super easy clean salad dressing:
1/3 cup OJ
2 T balsamic vinegar
1 T EVOO
salt and pepper to taste.
