Friday Favorites: Fall!

Friday happy dance. We made it. #boom

I am looking forward to a low key weekend with no plans (other than launching BP95 on Saturday morning!) and nothing that HAS to be done. Usually when the weekend rolls around I have a to do list of everything I didn’t get done during the week or needs to get done before the next week starts. . . and this weekend, there is NO list. Hallelujah. Winking smile There are a few things I’d like to do – some baking, the Farmer’s Market, watching Prison Break, take Luke to the park, but it is just nice to not have to do anything too.

Back with some Friday Favorites this week. . .

Running with Luke. I pushed him in the jogging stroller for our run together and then he wanted to run with me at the end. . . so we ran the last 1/4 mile together! And I am loving the fall running weather!!

Reading books to Luke that are from my childhood.

Panera Autumn Squash Soup. <love>

These apple cheesecake bars. I think I am going to have to make them this weekend. They are a bit more work than I usually put into making bars, but sooooo good.

A quick shout out to my husband. He’s been working so hard lately for our family (more details about this next week) but I just want him to know how much I appreciate all his hard work and I know it will all be worth it in the end.

And don’t forget to enter my two giveaways going on right now – Krusteaz Breakfast giveaway AND Adora Calcium Supplement giveaway!

Your turn! Current favorites from the week? Plans for the weekend?

It sounds like you are going to have an amazing weekend!!! I only have a small race planned, so the sky is the limit. My favorite thing from the week was watching Hotel Transylvania 2 with Zachary. Have a great relaxing weekend.

Launches are SO fun – especially when you get to co-teach!! I love the lunges – the pulses are hard core!

  5. Happy Friday, Katie! I have to learn BODYATTACK 90 this weekend for a Monday launch, then turn around and learn BODYPUMP 95 for a Wednesday launch. It will be a fun few days. And I have been craving all things squash lately. That soup makes me hungry!! πŸ™‚ Happy weekend! Thanks for hosting!

  7. Weekends with no to-do list are the best!! I have a long one this morning but I’m motivated to fly through as much of it as I can by tonight so I only have a few things left. Happy Friday!
