Gustavus

Happy Tuesday!

Breakfast was quick and yummy.

Caramel skim latte and a honey nut cheerio bar.

all gone. 🙁

Lunch was salad. .  . including:

  • romaine lettuce
  • spinach
  • radish
  • broccoli
  • cauliflower
  • tomatoes
  • pickles
  • green olives
  • snap peas
  • turkey chunks
  • sprinkle of parmesan cheese
  • a couple of croutons
  • blue cheese dressing

all mixed together

A pineapple chobani – 2% – YUM! so rich and creamy.

2% is the best!

And dark chocolate adora calcium.

Dinner was “clean out the fridge before we leave tomorrow for Colorado.”

In the mix:

leftover Panda Express Orange Chicken mixed with corn
potato rounds with ketchup
Buffalo wild wings chicken with mozzarella cheese
grapes
chips with dip

potatoes!

Panda!

Tonight I am heading over to St. Peter to Gustavus Adolphus college to talk to the pre-med club about becoming a doctor!

  1. Mmm that salad looks pretty good! I’ve seen Chobani yogurt EVERYWHERE recently! Sounds like something I should finally try 🙂

    • I really like Chobani better than regular yogurt, it is more creamy and has more protein, which is nice. The 2% is more like a dessert it is so rich and creamy. Thanks for the comment!
