Ahhhh the Holidays. . . Christmas music, shopping, wrapping, pictures with Santa, Christmas Eve midnight church service, Christmas trees, Christmas lights, and the baking. Oh the baking. The time of year you buy more butter and sugar than one person should ever have in their house, right?!
This year, I am super excited for Holiday baking. But, I am keeping it reigned in. I love baking, but hate spending an. entire. day. doing it. So, I paired down the list a bit and I think I have come up with my all-time favorites that will *fingers crossed* not take the whole day to complete. . . but make my sugar-loving husband happy. Actually, the key in my house is to not do the baking too far in advance, otherwise, it might not make it to Christmas. I have already had a fail in my house of making RPSs and having most of them already gone. It’s a blessing and a curse that my husband loves my baking as much as he does.
Anyway, here is my current Christmas Baking 2014 plan. . .
Sugar Cookies – I use my family’s recipe, but these look amazing too.
What’s on your Holiday baking list??
I am linking up with Peas & Crayons for What I Ate Wednesday this week!!
