Happy National Running Day!!
Did you celebrate???
At first I was bummed because I usually don’t run on Wednesdays because I teach an aerobics class at the YMCA.. . but then I realized that I just needed to incorporate running into my aerobics class. It was a beautiful evening – 68 degrees with a little sun and a light breeze. There is a trail that runs just in front of the YMCA, so I took my class outside to the trail! We did some steady state running and then some intervals. It was a nice change of pace for the class (normally a cardio/strength interval class) and a great way to celebrate and get some running in!!
I run. . . to eat more cupcakes!
