Happy National Running Day!!
One of my favorite days of the year. . .
In honor of national running day, I thought I would share some of my goals for June.
Goal #1: To run every day in June.
So far, so good. I did 3.25 miles on Monday, 5 miles yesterday and 3 miles on the treadmill this morning before work.
I am running every day for me, for my sanity, to de-stress, for my Dad, to be a healthy role model for Luke, because I love it, and because it makes me happy.
Oh man, I am excited for this one. We have a great group of people coming together for this challenge. And I am so ready to get back on track with healthy eating. I cannot wait for the energy in the max phase – that is amazing.
Goal #3: Celebrate 7 years with this guy. Dude – where does the time go??
Goal #4: Finish unpacking all. the. boxes. Alright, so I admit that this one will probably not happen, but dream big, right?
Goal #5: Learn and launch BP94. 1000 reps in this release!
