Playlist update

I am always trying to find new music for my aerobics class and running. And I love when other bloggers post their recent playlists so I can get new music inspiration! Olives ‘n’ Wine posted about her playlist for her most recent 7K race. .. And that’s where I found some of these songs. And yet another reason why I love Body Pump so much –> all the awesome music!!

Hope you can find some new tunes to rock out too during your next workout!!!

What is your go-to pump up song for working out?? I really love anything by
P!NK or Ke$ha (I must have a thing for artists who use signs in their names. . .)

  1. I think it’s because I have 13 and 11 year olds that songs from Ke$ha make me squirm. I refuse to believe it’s because I’m old. Oddly enough, I do like P!nk. Maybe this is a double-standard?
I love the troublemaker song!! 🙂

  3. Doesn’t really fit into this playlist, but I really like the stuff by Mumford & Sons. It sounds like the music you’d hear at local bluegrass festivals, just much better! When I’m not in meetings at work, I have Pandora streaming in the background. I have a channel set up for my fav ‘oldies’ from the late 90s & early 00s like Counting Crows, Sister Hazel, Matchbox 20, Dave Matthews Band, Pat McGee & Train.
