Remember when I participated in Foodie Pen Pals and got these in my box – I have been obsessed! Chocolate and caramel. Sweet and Salty. The perfect bite.

And super easy to make!

Get your 2 ingredients:
1. Rolos
2. Pretzels (I use Snyder’s Snaps)

Unwrap all the rolos.

Place the pretzels on 1 layer on a cookie sheet and top each one with a rolo.

IMG_1482

Place in 350 degree oven for about 5 minutes until the rolos are slightly melty.

IMG_1949

Top each rolo with another pretzel.

Careful not to smoosh them too much because the rolo will come out of the bottom.

Let cool slightly and then EAT!

You can store these on the shelf or in the freezer. –> you know, if they last that long. . . Winking smile

I make these too except instead of topping them with another pretzel I use a pecan half. Tastes like your are eating a turtle!

  2. Holy yum!

  6. I love the sweet/salty combo so much I’ll sprinkle sea salt on brownie batter before it goes in the oven. Chocolate and pretzels are one of the tastiest combos!

  8. Oh. Man. Thank you for not sending these my way 😉 I’ve made a version of these before but with a hersheys kiss and m&m on top! Love the variations… my waistline or willpower? Not so much.

  9. Um… YUM!!!
    I have done this:
circle pretzels with kisses in them, bake until a little melty, and then press an M&M into them until they squish a bit. They are yummy, but probably NOT as yummy as yours!
