3 ingredients + the blender = deliciousness. (the 2 year old helper is completely optional)
And the perfect (IMHO) mix of fruit, milk + healthy fats to start your day or have for a snack.
Ingredients: (serves 1)
1 large banana – sliced and frozen
8 oz Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla
2 T almond butter
Add all ingredients to a single serve blender cup. Blend. Drink.
