Vanilla almond banana smoothie

You want to know what my all time favorite smoothie is?

Oh my goodness. It is so easy.

3 ingredients + the blender = deliciousness. (the 2 year old helper is completely optional)

And the perfect (IMHO) mix of fruit, milk + healthy fats to start your day or have for a snack.

Ingredients: (serves 1)
1 large banana – sliced and frozen
8 oz Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla
2 T almond butter

Directions:
Add all ingredients to a single serve blender cup. Blend. Drink. Smile

  1. This sounds delicious! I make something similar, but instead of using almond butter I use PB2 (powdered peanut butter) and sometimes use Chocolate Almond Milk instead of Vanilla. It’s amazing!

    Take out the banana and add protein powder – mix with a lot of ice and it turns into the consistency of ice cream!! love it for my night time snack
