Weekly goal review–May 29th

Here are my goals for last week. . . and how I did!
1. 5 fruits/veggies per day
Sunday: 2
Monday: 4
Tuesday: 4
Wednesday: 1
Thursday: 2
Friday: 2
Saturday: 2

–>Some days better, some days not! Part of the trick is just having it in the house, so our trip to Sam’s Club for lettuce and lots of fruit helps. Those strawberries were soo good!
2. Continue food journal with calorie counting – done
3. Run 4 times – Monday (3.5), Tuesday (3), Thursday (3.5), Saturday (4.5) – check!
4. Shred 4 times – Level 3 (Mon), Level 1 (Tues), Level 1 (Thurs), Level 2 (Fri), Level 2 (Sat) – check!
5. Golf or tennis outing with the husband – no check. . . I’ll keep trying!
6. Review these goals next Sunday! – check! Smile 

Goals for this week: June 5th!

1. 5 fruits/veggies per day – specifically at least one serving with lunch and dinner
2. Run 4 times – 1 long run (longer than 5 miles!)
3. Shred 4 times
4. Continue food journal with calorie counting
5. Golf or tennis outing with the husband!
6. Review next Sunday. Winking smile

  1. Goals: More cross-training and get back up to running at least 20 miles a week. Spinning once a week and eventually BODYPUMP 2 times a week! 🙂
