Yummy easy fruit salad

I know, most creative blog post title ever. I’ll work on my acceptance speech for the awards show. Winking smile

Ok, but seriously, fruit salad is already super easy and super tasty, right? Well, what if I told you, with 1 simple ingredient, you can make it even better?

I’ll wait for you to calm down.

Ready?

Vanilla pudding mix.

Yup, that’s it.

Amazing, right?

All you do, is make your typical fruit salad. In the winter, I like to use 1 can mandarin oranges, 1 can pineapple tidbits, sliced strawberries and halved grapes.

Then, add 2-4T (depending on how much fruit you have) of vanilla pudding dry mix to your salad.

Mix together.

So easy, right?

You can serve immediately, or the next day.

And people will think you are amazing.

You’re welcome. Winking smile

The perfect addition to any Holiday meal. Or Tuesday meal. Or afternoon snack.

Hahahaha I love sharing “secrets” on the blog only to find out that everyone else does the exact same thing!

  3. Oh heck yes. There’s fruit so it’s healthy and that means I can eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner 😉 Mwahahaha! Somedays I’m not feeling the creative juices either hence super lame and odd blog titles, haha!

  4. My family usually uses lemon pie filling in fruit salad. It sounds strange but it’s really good. I might have to try it with pudding mix.

  6. DUDE. This sounds genius!!! I always try adding honey, but can never add enough to make it taste right, and next thing I know I’ve added a gazillion calories’ worth of it. I’m SO pinning this so I don’t forget!
